In Line with the Accounts and Audit Regulations 2015, the Local Audit Regulations 2015, and the Transparency Code for Smaller Authorities please find below the following documents for the Brightwalton Parish Council Accounts 2019/20 - Annual Governance and Accountability Return 2019/20 including the Certificate of Exemption, Annual Internal Audit Report, Annual Governance Statement and Accounting Statements. - Bank Reconciliation and Analysis of Variances - Community Infrastructure reporting - In addition we have also published the annual internal auditors report, spending details and the Parish Council Asset Register. Due to Covid-19 the Public inspection rights have been moved to 1st September 2020 and electors can request copies up to the 1st October from the Clerk - [email protected]

The minutes from the May Parish Council Meeting held via Video Conference can be downloaded here.
The May Parish Council meeting will go ahead over video conferencing in line with the new regulations. This will be an ordinary meeting and both the Annual General Meeting and Annual Parish Meeting will be postponed. The agenda for the meeting is given below.
