Vacancy for a Clerk &
Responsible Financial Officer Home-based, part time up to 6 hours / week Looking for a new role or extra hours... We are looking to appoint a Clerk/RFO to carry out administrative duties as required by law and be responsible for the financial records of the Council as required under the Accounts and Audit Regulations. The successful applicant will assist the parish councillors with the administration of the Parish Council. This will include attending at least 6 evening meetings per year, the taking and producing minutes of meetings, maintaining financial accounts, maintaining parish records, website and dealing with correspondence. You will also be working alongside our Community Coordinator, assisting to manage, accounts, risk assessments and events. Meetings are held a minimum of 6 times a year in Brightwalton Village Hall. The role requires an average 6 hours a week, working hours are flexible, from home and you are responsible for managing your own time.
